This fine house is peacefully located in a pine grove, just a few hundred metres from the steps leading down to the pretty cove of Cala Morell itself. Villa Rockmorell provides a most comfortable and attractive holiday base, ideal for spending a relaxed time either with a group of friends, or with family, kids and grandparents. The house sleeps up to 10 people. All the rooms are well proportioned, light and welcoming, with four bathrooms serving five bedrooms, an indication of the care that has gone into the property's design.

On the ground floor you find three bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en suite), kitchen, living / dining room connected to the external terrace and swimming pool.

For those looking for more privacy, the first floor accommodation has its own independent access via an external staircase from the side terrace. There you find two bedrooms, toilet, separate bathroom, additional kitchen, living room and terrace.

Cala Morell

Villa Rockmorell is situated in Cala Morell, a small and tranquil urbanization in the north western part of the island, known as an ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxed holiday. The impressive cliffs of the north coast open up to the small protected cove beach Cala Morell. Some prehistoric caves made the place well-known. The resort is made up entirely of sensitively developed private villas and small apartments. All through the upper part of the urbanization mayor pine trees give shelter and provide convenient shade.

Ciutadella was the old historical capital of the island up until the times of the English and French occupation. With its narrow streets in the city centre, old palaces, its picturesque harbour with many bars and superb restaurants it is only a 10 minute drive away. Also close by, you find the nature resort of Cala Algayarens with its unspoiled beaches, Es Tancat and Es Bot. And the virgin beaches of the south coast, like Son Saura, Turqueta and Macarella are just a 25 minute drive away.
